Omnia Education Partnerships Ltd. (OEP) and Mahattattva have launched the Finnish professional development program Teacher as an Innovator in Delhi. The first workshop was facilitated by Ms. Sirkku Nikamaa 27 – 28 July, with two more workshops to follow.
The program focuses on empowering teachers and school leaders as every day innovators within their own learning community. In between workshops the participants carry out benchmarking activities, receive mentoring and plan a project for their own school or classroom.
The competency-based program offers the participants a collaborative and engaging learning journey designed to Finnish standards.
