In 2019 OEP and Mahattattva organized the Finnish professional development program Teacher as an Innovator in Delhi.
The program focuses on empowering teachers and school leaders as every day innovators within their own learning communities. Between three locally run workshops, participants carried out benchmarking activities and planned and piloted a development project in their own school or classroom.
The program includes four modules:
- Having an Innovator’s Mindset
- From Ideas into Innovations
- Turning Innovations into Practices
- Displaying the Results
After completing the program, participants receive a Finnish diploma accredited by the Finnish National Agency for Education and recognized on an EU-level.
