Omnia, one of the shareholders of OEP, starts to develop the Moldavian VET system in 2019. The EU Twinning Project focuses on promoting the quality and effectiveness of the Moldavian VET. The duration of the EU-funded project – “Enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system”– is two years and the 1,3 million Euros.
“This is a significant sign of trust towards Omnia. We have previously completed Twinning projects in Egypt and in Kosovo. Therefore, we have experience in EU projects of this level. The project will bring together the best experts from Finland as well as from our junior partner organisations in Estonia and Lithuania. This is an excellent team to implement the project”, says Mr. Sampo Suihko, the Director General of Omnia.
