Omnia Education Partnerships Ltd. (OEP) and Ajyad Knowledge partner for an onboarding program “Future Leaders, ACWA Saudi Talent Program”. This is one of the first Finnish professional qualification programs that can be fully completed abroad. The goal of the program is to create a Saudi talent pool of qualified employees for the needs of a large Saudi Arabian holding company.

The one-year program is based on the Finnish Qualification for First-Level Management and tailored to the needs of the company. The curriculum is accredited by the Finnish National Agency for Education for international use. While working, the participants undergo intensive training, workshops and mentoring, covering business and industrial knowledge as well as management and leadership skills. Soft skills such as problem solving, team working, communication skills, digital competence and entrepreneurial thinking are integrated into the program.

Competency-based assessment

In Finnish professional qualifications, assessment is an integral part of the learning process – competence is demonstrated according to a personal development plan, outlining how knowledge will be applied in practice. All participants are required to demonstrate their competence according to Finnish standards, and competence is assessed by Saudi mentors as well as Finnish program experts.
