Omnia Education Partnerships Ltd. (OEP) partners with Ejadah Management Consultancy to offer an entrepreneurship growth track to a group of selected Saudi SMEs.
The SME Growth Track Program for Tawuniya has been adapted to the Saudi market, and it is based on the Finnish Diploma for Entrepreneurs program. The program has over the past 20 years become one of the most popular programs offered to support startups and SMEs in Finland.
The participants of the program represent various sectors that have growth potential. To enhance the entrepreneurs’ competence, and contribute to private sector growth, Tawuniya – the largest insurance company in Saudi Arabia – has established Tawuniya SME Academy. The entrepreneurship growth track is the first program of the academy.
The program offers sustainable support for SMEs
The growth track is offered as a part-time, 10-month business development program designed to give participant and company specific support, as well as address common issues to SMEs aspiring for growth. Apart from refining business models, the program offers coaching and peer support. The overall focus of the 10-month learning journey is to develop the mindset needed for growth.
