Diploma in Entrepreneurship

Launch and growth track for entrepreneurs.

This entrepreneurship diploma program builds on Finnish and European best practices in entrepreneurship training, providing participants with essential business skills through a flexible and hands-on learning journey.

With separate tracks available for launching a business and growing existing business operations, the program serves both aspiring and more experienced entrepreneurs.

OEP offers this program for groups and organizations globally, and local partners can also be certified as implementors.

Program graduates will receive an official diploma (EQF level 4) accredited by the Finnish National Agency of Education.

Both tracks are completed through six months of part-time studies, including workshops, mentoring, e-learning, and business development activities.

Students are assessed based on their acquired skills and competency.

Launch Track

This track prepares future entrepreneurs for the demands of running a business. The program focuses both on mindset and business development, supporting personal growth and transforming an idea into a viable business.

The program builds on three core challenges:

  • developing a business plan
  • starting operations
  • productization

Growth Track

This track prepares existing businesses for growth, focusing on business analysis, growth strategies, and developing a growth-oriented mindset.

The program builds on four core challenges:

  • service design
  • funding the growth path
  • matching marketing and sales with your new strategy
  • growth leadership
